We are looking for a Backend Developer with DevOps experience for our customer-faced premium calculator eSales KMU, which is continuously developed and operated by an experienced and successful product team. You are open-minded, proactive, and curious! With your experience, we hope for new impulses for our product!

Your contribution
  • Passion for operation, further development of our services
  • Interest in bringing in your DevOps experience
  • Independent work within the team and active involvement in team development
Your capabilities and talents
  • You are open to new things, enjoy and have an interest in exchange (working language in the team is English), and enjoy working in agile teams
  • You know and master technologies related to development in the cloud: Java, Spring Boot, CI/CD, Openshift, MongoDB, GithubActions
  • You embody the motto of "lifelong learning" and have a penchant for clean, high-quality solutions that are tested automatically within the CI/CD framework
  • You are interested in the customer, and communication is an important part of your work
  • Fluent German skills are a must

Around 600 software and system developers work for AXA in Switzerland and are developing tomorrow's technology inhouse. To do this, we are also working in global teams and networks. Our agile product teams organize themselves and work independently where they are responsible for everything from A to Z. Our tasks include programming, integrating the latest tools and arranging hackathons.
